Duo is UNI's multi-factor authentication system used to protect accounts. Duo is currently integrated with Citrix to protect access to the Citrix Workspace.  There are a few factors if you will need to authenticate with Duo to gain access to your Workspace desktop or application, they are:  Duo Enrollment  Currently, all faculty and staff are enrolled in Duo. Once you log out of the Citrix environment, the computer is reset, so any documents you saved locally to the virtual desktop will be lost. The University of Northern Iowa (UNI) has added InCommon as a provider of Certificates and Digital Signatures. Due to this, UNI is required to provide notice of the binding of Relying Parties to InCommon's Relying Party Agreement.
