If you are able to login using a web browser but your mobile device or email client does not accept your password/passphrase, you can try the following. First, log in using the web client: http://www.uni.edu/email. Once you can see your inbox, visit http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha with the same web browser without logging out. If necessary, enter the letters in the distorted CAPTCHA picture. Click Continue. Restart your mail client and try accessing messages in your email client again. If you know or even suspect your passphrase or account may have been compromised, you should immediately: Notify the IT Service Desk of the security breach. Call 319-273-5555 immediately. The IT Service Desk will then notify the Information Security office and applicable system administrators on your behalf. Change all of your UNI passphrases (see here). Have them reset if necessary. Notify your supervisor as soon as possible. Work with your computer support staff to make sure your accounts are functioning properly.   Before you begin, browse to Google Groups for uni.edu to see a list of the groups you a member of.  To do this, log into your UNI Gmail account, you can click on the apps grid icon at the top, then on "Groups". If the URL in the address bar does not specify uni.edu, you are at Google's public group directory which is not maintained by UNI.  Click on http://groups.google.com/a/uni.edu to be sure you are at UNI's Google Groups page. When traveling in China, you may find that access to Google's GMail service is blocked at the country's "Great Firewall."  This can often be circumvented by use of a third-party VPN service that you've purchased prior to your trip.   My Roles     The User Roles area contains all your current roles. The highlighted roles are the one generated automatically. By left clicking on any of the column headings you can also sort by ascending or descending order.   In this case the three E-Business roles are automatically generated. The two Web Custom roles were requested and added.     The search option under the User Roles can be used as a filter.     If you select the Web Custom selection in the system pulldown tab and hit search, the following will come up.
