Log into YouTube, then under your profile in the upper right, choose YouTube Studio:   On the left, choose Subtitles:   Select the video that needs its closed captions corrected, then to the right, select Published Automatic: At the top right, choose the Edit button: The automatically generated captions come up to the left of the video. You can put your cursor wherever you want to edit: After you've made all your edits, in the upper right hand corner, select Save changes:

Include alternative text for all images To add alt text: Right click image, choose Edit Alt Text Enter appropriate alt text (description and context of image) in the field.  If an image is decorative only (has no meaning attached to it) check the "Mark as decorative" box instead of adding alt text. A few reasons why should we make websites accessible: The best reason is that it’s the right thing to do. People with disabilities should be able to access the web. It's the law. Many institutions of higher education have had complaints filed against them by users that are disabled and the Department of Education's Office of Civil Rights. The official UNI web colors are used on any screen-oriented content, including websites, kiosks, displays and presentation slides.      UNI Purple Hexidecimal: 4B116F RGB: R=75, G=17, B=111     UNI Gold Hexidecimal: FFCC00 RGB: R=255, G=204, B=0 The color combinations of black and gold or red and gold should never be used in close proximity to each other on the UNI web site.
