Zoom Phone will completely replace the legacy Avaya phone system that campus has today with a familiar application interface the whole UNI campus is familiar with already. Zoom Phone will provide the voice service flexibility that UNI faculty and staff require, especially with the addition of flexible and hybrid work options across campus.
