Getting started with technology at UNI for Students!
First - make sure you know your CatID user name and passphrase! More information about your CatID can be found here. Then make sure to sign up for the CatID account recovery tool.
Second - get connected to the internet here at UNI. In your on-campus housing visit the ResNet support page for help. For campus-wide WiFi access, visit the Eduroam support page.
Third - Get familiar with UNI systems and services you'll be using as part of your coursework. Check out the eLearning page, login to your UNI Google account, and familiarize yourself with the MyUNIverse portal.
Fourth - Need help? Sign in to Service Hub to submit a question or visit the IT Service Desk and our competent IT staff will assist you!
