  My Roles     The User Roles area contains all your current roles. The highlighted roles are the one generated automatically. By left clicking on any of the column headings you can also sort by ascending or descending order.   In this case the three E-Business roles are automatically generated. Search Roles Search Roles is a function that allows you to get information on different roles.   In the system pulldown box select a system and left click the "search role" button.     You left click the radio button to the left of the role under the select column and can then select to view the role or request the role by left clicking the corresponding button.     When you click the "View Role" button the following information on the role will appear.     To return to the Search Role page just left click the "back to role search" button.        If you have...

The Oracle e-Business Suite will be upgraded on Tuesday, October 2nd, and will receive a new login experience. This new experience requires a one-time setup to function properly. Students Students that graduate from UNI are eligible to use a tool called Google Takeout to easily make a back up of or migrate their account data to a different Gmail account while their current UNI account is still active. You can find instructions on how to use Google Takeout in Google's support documentation. If you run into an error message transferring content, you may need to use a private web browser session. The default and preferred sharing setting is to show only free/busy calendar information to other UNI Google Calendar users.  You can change your settings to show more details or keep your calendar completely private. All new employees should first create a University ID here: http://www.uni.edu/newhire.   New employees will automatically have an email account created for them 7 days before their official start date at UNI.  If a new employee already has an active account from being a UNI student, the hiring department will need to complete an incident through Service Hub to have their email address changed to the firstname.lastname@uni.edu format.
