The official UNI web colors are used on any screen-oriented content, including websites, kiosks, displays and presentation slides.      UNI Purple Hexidecimal: 4B116F RGB: R=75, G=17, B=111     UNI Gold Hexidecimal: FFCC00 RGB: R=255, G=204, B=0 The color combinations of black and gold or red and gold should never be used in close proximity to each other on the UNI web site.   Some groups are configured such that anyone who wants to join can do so without needing an invitation from a manager. To join a group that allows self subscription: Send an email to myunigroupname+subscribe@uni.edu. (Substitue myunigroupname with the address of the group you'd like to join.) The CatID Account Recovery Tool allows you to register alternate contact information, either a non-UNI email address or a cell phone number, in order to allow you to reset your CatID passphrase sometime in the future should you forget it. Request Role You can request a role for yourself or any other user. By default you are requesting a role for yourself unless you change it by selecting the change user button. Note: you can never request the same role twice for the same user. If there is an active request for that role, the role cannot requested again.   To change users left click the “change user” button and the following screen will come up.     You can select a user based on their username/UNI ID number or by first name/last name. How to share your worklist How to give another person access to your worklist for a period of time.  You might want to do this if you are going to be gone for a period of time, or if you have a large number of approvals to go through.  Remember who you are giving this access to, is acting on your behalf, and you should trust that they are able to make the decisions that need to be made.
