What is my CatID? Your CatID is the combination of your username and passphrase (password) used for systems authenticated through the Central Authentication System. To view your class groups via the web interface, log into your UNI email account and click on the apps grid icon at the top of the page followed by the "Groups" icon. If you are unable to locate the "Groups" icon: Browse to https://groups.google.com, click on the apps grid icon and click "Add a shortcut". Please note the following items. Your Mac OS X-based laptop will try to connect to available WiFi networks in the order they are listed in the networking preferences. Submitted Role Requests   In this example we have logged in as user gp259235; Glen Parks. In the Submitted Role Request section we are looking at role request he submitted, either for himself or any other employee he requested roles for.  In this example Glen has 6 active requests. Text Fields Text fields (single row, not the multi-row Text Areas) should generally always be set to be inline, so the label is next to the Text Box, not above it. It shortens the length of the form and in most cases improves the layout.  Using Proper Fields When creating fields in a form, be sure you're using the proper Field Type for each one. The information below are the best practices we try to adhere to when creating web pages. Some of them are to provide a better experience with mobile devices or for users with a screen reader. Cat ID Passphrase Complexity Requirements A passphrase must be at least 15 characters long (maximum is 30) and may contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces. Before selling or discarding an old computer, or throwing away a disk or CD, you naturally make sure that you've copied all of the files you need. You've probably also attempted to delete your personal files so that other people aren't able to access them.
