Google keeps deleted messages in your trash label/folder for 30 days. The best way to locate an email that you think you deleted is to login to the web client and use the search box.  Once you search look for this text at the bottom of the message list: You can also quickly go straight to your trash label by searching for  label:trash Email emptied from the trash folder is not recoverable! Class groups are created as announcement-only mailing lists which means only the instructor can send email to the group.  If you wish to allow open discussion among students, here's how. Browse to Google Groups for uni.edu to see a list of the groups you a member of.  If you are logged into your UNI Gmail account, you can click on the "Groups" link at the top. If the URL in the address bar does not specify uni.edu, you are at Google's public group directory which is not maintained by UNI.  Browse to http://groups.google.com/a/uni.edu to be sure you are at UNI's Google Groups page.   Also...

Text Fields Text fields (single row, not the multi-row Text Areas) should generally always be set to be inline, so the label is next to the Text Box, not above it. It shortens the length of the form and in most cases improves the layout.  Using Proper Fields When creating fields in a form, be sure you're using the proper Field Type for each one. Cat ID Passphrase Complexity Requirements A passphrase must be at least 15 characters long (maximum is 30) and may contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces.
