The default and preferred sharing setting is to show only free/busy calendar information to other UNI Google Calendar users.  You can change your settings to show more details or keep your calendar completely private. All new employees should first create a University ID here: http://www.uni.edu/newhire.   New employees will automatically have an email account created for them 7 days before their official start date at UNI.  If a new employee already has an active account from being a UNI student, the hiring department will need to complete an incident through Service Hub to have their email address changed to the firstname.lastname@uni.edu format. Text Fields Text fields (single row, not the multi-row Text Areas) should generally always be set to be inline, so the label is next to the Text Box, not above it. It shortens the length of the form and in most cases improves the layout.  Using Proper Fields When creating fields in a form, be sure you're using the proper Field Type for each one.
