Reset Citrix Workspace for Windows OS

Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace.

Procedure to reset on Windows OS:

  1. In the lower right corner, near the clock, select the up arrow
  2. Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon
    Steps to get to advanced preferences. Select up arrow, right click Citrix Icon and then select Advanced Preferences.
  3. Select Advanced Preferences
    Select Reset Citrix Workspace
  4. Click on Reset Citrix Workspace and respond Yes when prompted to confirm your choice
  5. After resetting you will need to add an account again, Enter for the account
