If you wish to transfer a call to voicemail:
- Press the transfer button and dial extension 4-0000.
- You will be prompted to enter 5 digit extension of the voicemail box.
- Then press complete.
Note: For those with "Masked" numbers, mailbox numbers are not the same as extension and begin with 9
When using the softphone to transfer a call to voicemail:
- Click the conference button
- Dial 4-0000
- You will be prompted to enter 5 digit extension of the voicemail box.
- Click the hang-up button
