For voice mail, you have two options. You can either change your greeting, or change your greeting and shut off your mailbox. If you plan on checking your messages while you’re away, or to review them upon return, you may want to take the first option. Activate SEND CALLS when you want your calls to go immediately to coverage. To activate: PRESS SEND CALLS NOTE: You may hear a ring-ping tone from your telephone as each call is forwarded. If your extension has a custom coverage path any calls will immediately be transferred to your first coverage point. If you do NOT have a custom coverage path, any calls will immediately be transferred to voice mail. To cancel: PRESS: SEND CALLS BUTTON (while handset is on-hook)

Follow the instructions below to add and/or change information for UNI Alert. Log into MyUniverse using your CatID username and Password. On the "My Page" of MyUNIverse, under Emergency Preparedness, Click on Manage My UNI Alert Contacts. On the Personal Information page, Click on the tab that says, UNI ALERT. Note: Once this features has been enabled it can only be controlled via your UNI desk phone or by reaching out to IT for changes.
