How to share your worklist How to give another person access to your worklist for a period of time.  You might want to do this if you are going to be gone for a period of time, or if you have a large number of approvals to go through.  Remember who you are giving this access to, is acting on your behalf, and you should trust that they are able to make the decisions that need to be made. How to record a name greeting To record or re-record you name greeting from off campus you dial (319) 273-7600.  You will enter your mailbox number and password when prompted. From on campus dial 3-7600. If at your extension, enter your password when prompted.  At another extension when prompted to enter your password press the "*" and enter your mailbox number followed by your password when prompted. Select option 5 for Mailbox options. Select option 5 to record your name greeting. Press 2 to record, 1 to accept, and save.
