Google keeps deleted messages in your trash label/folder for 30 days. The best way to locate an email that you think you deleted is to login to the web client and use the search box.  Once you search look for this text at the bottom of the message list: You can also quickly go straight to your trash label by searching for label:trash Email emptied from the trash folder is not recoverable! Academic departments can request a group to communicate to students of a particular major or minor.  Use of these groups should be restricted to a small set of people usually designated by the Department Head.  Once created, the groups are updated nightly using data from the SIS. Students that graduate from UNI are eligible to use a tool called Google Takeout to easily make a back up of or migrate their account data to a different Gmail account while their current UNI account is still active. You can find instructions on how to use Google Takeout in Google's support documentation. If you run into an error message transferring content, you may need to use a private web browser session. Q: I have other calendars (rooms, resources, etc.) that I need to create, how can I do this? Departmental resources will be maintained by the department and are not maintained centrally.  The resources (meeting rooms, etc.) are setup as a separate calendar (i.e. the room calendar) and when you invite the (room) to the meeting you have to invite the rather long calendar ID found by looking at the resource's settings to the right of "Calendar Address:".  Critical components are that you need to only give edit rights to only those individuals actually maintaining the calendar settings plus...
