When you use the Internet to access web pages, files, images and other downloaded content, your web browser caches information on your computer. Sometimes clearing this information will resolve issues accessing a web application. Note: Clearing your browsing history may also remove any saved login information on any other websites.

The UNI Physical Plant owns mailing lists that are organized by office building. They were created to aid that office in notifying building occupants when planned service outages (heat, water, power, etc.) were scheduled. These lists are not restricted to use by only the Physical Plant, but that office should be consulted first by others wishing to use them.
These lists include faculty, staff and externals with offices in the specified building. Email holds are not recognized for faculty and staff. Externals will not receive the email if they have an email hold on their record.

Eduroam is an International federation of education and research WiFi networks. It provides a secure wireless network for CatID users at thousands of locations. Map of US institutions.
If you have a personal device or UNI-managed Apple product, select the eduroam wireless network. Sign in using your [CatID username]@uni.edu. Example, jpanther@uni.edu
If you have a UNI-managed Windows computer, please do the following to connect to eduroam outside of the UNI network:
Open up the list of wifi networks
Instead of choosing eduroam choose eduroam Offsite

Request Role
You can request a role for yourself or any other user. By default you are requesting a role for yourself unless you change it by selecting the change user button. Note: you can never request the same role twice for the same user. If there is an active request for that role, the role cannot requested again.
To change users left click the “change user” button and the following screen will come up.

How to share your worklist
How to give another person access to your worklist for a period of time. You might want to do this if you are going to be gone for a period of time, or if you have a large number of approvals to go through. Remember who you are giving this access to, is acting on your behalf, and you should trust that they are able to make the decisions that need to be made.
First log in to e-Business and click on the Worklist Access as shown below:

Information Technology has deployed the eduroam network to select outdoor locations on campus. Work will continue to install access points in places where students, faculty, and staff congregate outdoors. The following map shows the current coverage area in purple. UNI Alumni are eligible to have a Google Alumni email account after graduation. To sign up, follow the steps below:
You will receive an email with signup instructions, directing you to sign up through emailrequest.uni.edu
Use your CatID to sign in.
After signing in, your eligibility will be shown.
