The new UNI Voicemail system sends you email notifications when a new voicemail has been left on your extension. You can login to the web portal and listen to messages at your convenience. There are various kinds of voicemail greeting options in the new UNI Voicemail system. When you initialize your voicemail box for the first time, the system has you set up two of these greetings by default, your Name Greeting and your External Personal Greeting. You can access your greetings via phone or via the UNI voicemail web portal. To access them via the web portal, navigate to https://voicemail.uni.edu in your web browser and sign in. How to re-record your personalized greeting after initialization To re-record your (external) personalized greeting from off campus you dial (319) 273-7600.  You will enter your mailbox number and password when prompted. From on campus dial 3-7600. If at your extension, enter your password when prompted.  At another extension when prompted to enter your password press the "*" and enter your mailbox number followed by your password. The UNI Voicemail System keeps voicemail messages of different types for different periods of time. As of Wednesday, August 2nd, 2017, the voicemail message retention periods will look like this: Unread messages (i.e. you have not yet listened to this message) - 120 days Read messages (i.e. messages you have listened to and decided to keep) - 60 days Sent messages (i.e. messages you received and forwarded to another voicemail box) - 60 days Deleted messages (i.e. messages you have or have not listened to and deleted) - 30 days

The Oracle e-Business Suite will be upgraded on Tuesday, October 2nd, and will receive a new login experience. This new experience requires a one-time setup to function properly. Follow the instructions below to configure your Secure TextPad and phrase. When you navigate to ebiz.uni.edu on September 14th, you will be greeted by the new login experience.
