When launching an application and desktop in the web browser there may be times you need to access files that are on your local machine. Web Browser (Recommended)    Navigate to https://vdi.uni.edu and sign in with your CatID and password.   Multi-Factor Authentication via Duo is turned on for Citrix . Follow these steps to successfully set up the Gmail app on your iOS device to work with your UNI Gmail account.   Step 1: Download and install the Gmail app from the Apple app store and then launch it. The UNI Voicemail system requires UNI employees to access the web-based portal by signing in with their UNI Google accounts. UNI Google accounts now require Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in order to sign in successfully. When signing into the University's Google Workspace (formerly known as G Suite for Education) tools our Duo-provisioned users will now need to provide their Duo second factor in order to authenticate. To do so, follow the following steps. Step 1: visit the desired tool's web page, in this case, Gmail. Enter your UNI email address, and click Next.   Step 2: Enter your CatID login information and click Login   Step 3: You will be prompted for your Duo second factor. Proceed as normal here making sure to check the box for remember me for 30 days.

Google Drive File Stream is an application that can be installed on your personal or UNI owned and managed computer to stream your Google Drive content to your local device for quick access to frequently used documents and sheets. After the Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) system was placed in front of UNI's suite of Google Tools, Drive File Stream can have a bug in the sign-in process preventing users from seeing the necessary Duo MFA prompt. To update phone number in directory: First log into myuniverse portal and go to "update My personal info" section and click "Update my personal information." Then click on the office tab Then update your office phone and save.  You will need to wait till next day for it to take effect:
