  Before you begin, browse to Google Groups for uni.edu to see a list of the groups you a member of.  To do this, log into your UNI Gmail account, you can click on the apps grid icon at the top, then on "Groups". If the URL in the address bar does not specify uni.edu, you are at Google's public group directory which is not maintained by UNI.  Click on http://groups.google.com/a/uni.edu to be sure you are at UNI's Google Groups page. When you use the Internet to access web pages, files, images and other downloaded content, your web browser caches information on your computer.  Sometimes clearing this information will resolve issues accessing a web application. CatID Passphrase Complexity Requirements A passphrase must be at least 15 characters long (maximum is 30) and may contain both uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, symbols, and spaces. What is my CatID? Your CatID is the combination of your username and passphrase (password) used for systems authenticated through the Central Authentication System. The UNI Physical Plant owns mailing lists that are organized by office building.  They were created to aid that office in notifying building occupants when planned service outages (heat, water, power, etc.) were scheduled.  These lists are not restricted to use by only the Physical Plant, but that office should be consulted first by others wishing to use them. These lists include faculty, staff and externals with offices in the specified building. Email holds are not recognized for faculty and staff. Departmental groups are updated nightly from current information in the Oracle eBusiness system.  Each group contains addresses for university staff in that particular department. These mailing lists are not restricted in normal use. However, combining multiple groups for a single mailing may be considered abuse and will be dealt with accordingly. These lists include faculty, staff and externals with assignments within the specified organization. Email holds are not recognized for faculty and staff. To view your class groups via the web interface, log into your UNI email account and click on the apps grid icon at the top of the page followed by the "Groups" icon. If you are unable to locate the "Groups" icon: Browse to https://groups.google.com, click on the apps grid icon and click "Add a shortcut". Please note the following items.
