To use the Zoom integration with your Google Calendar account, first click on Create from your Google Calendar. This will open up a window to create a new calendar entry. Click on More Options. Enter all of the information for your event. Click Add Conferencing and select Zoom Meeting. The system will tell you that a login is required. Click Log in. Some UNI services require Duo, a multi-factor authentication system that protects your account. To enroll, follow these instructions on the Duo website: https://guide.duo.com/enrollment After you are enrolled and provisioned, you will be prompted to use your new authentication device (for example, your cell phone) to access the UNI service that requires it.

Occasionally a reset of the Citrix Workspace is needed to fix issues with applications or desktops not appearing in Citrix Workspace. Procedure to reset on Windows OS: In the lower right corner, near the clock, select the up arrow.  Right-click on the Citrix Workspace icon Select Advanced Preferences Click on Reset Citrix Workspace and respond Yes when prompted to confirm your choice After resetting you will need to add an account again, Enter vdi.uni.edu for the account Still need help? UNI Smart Devices Network UNI Smart Devices is a new WiFi network at UNI. This network will enable devices like smart TVs, gaming stations and other special purpose systems. It’s intended on for devices that can’t connect the eduroam network with a username and password.  Laptops and other devices that support 802.1x authentication should use eduroam, because it is secure and has fewer controls. The Links pagelet in Portal Workspaces, which displays reports, is temporarily unavailable due to a required upgrade to portal technology components.  This will be addressed as quickly as possible.  In the meantime to view reports in your workspace please do the following: After logging in to MyUNIverse navigate to the My Workspaces pagelet, then click the workspace you would like to view. Once you are in your workspace click Links in the Menu section on the left side of the page:   On the Links page, click into the folders/reports to view:
