Search Roles Search Roles is a function that allows you to get information on different roles.   In the system pulldown box select a system and left click the "search role" button.     You left click the radio button to the left of the role under the select column and can then select to view the role or request the role by left clicking the corresponding button.     When you click the "View Role" button the following information on the role will appear.     To return to the Search Role page just left click the "back to role search" button.        If you have...

The Oracle e-Business Suite will be upgraded on Tuesday, October 2nd, and will receive a new login experience. This new experience requires a one-time setup to function properly. Students Students that graduate from UNI are eligible to use a tool called Google Takeout to easily make a back up of or migrate their account data to a different Gmail account while their current UNI account is still active. You can find instructions on how to use Google Takeout in Google's support documentation. If you run into an error message transferring content, you may need to use a private web browser session. Browse to Google Groups for uni.edu to see a list of the groups you a member of.  If you are logged into your UNI Gmail account, you can click on the "Groups" link at the top. If the URL in the address bar does not end with uni.edu, you are at Google's public group directory which is not maintained by UNI.  Click on http://groups.google.com/a/uni.edu to be sure you are at UNI's Google Groups page. If you are able to login using a web browser but your mobile device or email client does not accept your password/passphrase, you can try the following. First, log in using the web client: http://www.uni.edu/email. Once you can see your inbox, visit http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha with the same web browser without logging out. If you know or even suspect your passphrase or account may have been compromised, you should immediately: Notify the IT Service Desk of the security breach. Call 319-273-5555 immediately. The IT Service Desk will then notify the Information Security office and applicable system administrators on your behalf. Change all of your UNI passphrases (see here). Have them reset if necessary. What is my CatID? Your CatID is the combination of your username and passphrase (password) used for systems authenticated through the Central Authentication System. To view your class groups via the web interface, log into your UNI email account and click on the apps grid icon at the top of the page followed by the "Groups" icon. If you are unable to locate the "Groups" icon: Browse to https://groups.google.com, click on the apps grid icon and click "Add a shortcut". Please note the following items.
