Q: I have other calendars (rooms, resources, etc.) that I need to create, how can I do this? Departmental resources will be maintained by the department and are not maintained centrally.  The resources (meeting rooms, etc.) are setup as a separate calendar (i.e. the room calendar) and when you invite the (room) to the meeting you have to invite the rather long calendar ID found by looking at the resource's settings to the right of "Calendar Address:".  Critical components are that you need to only give edit rights to only those individuals actually maintaining the calendar settings plus...

If you are able to login using a web browser but your mobile device or email client does not accept your password/passphrase, you can try the following. First, log in using the web client: http://www.uni.edu/email. Once you can see your inbox, visit http://www.google.com/accounts/DisplayUnlockCaptcha with the same web browser without logging out. All new employees should first create a University ID here: http://www.uni.edu/newhire.   New employees will automatically have an email account created for them 7 days before their official start date at UNI.  If a new employee already has an active account from being a UNI student, the hiring department will need to complete an incident through Service Hub to have their email address changed to the firstname.lastname@uni.edu format. Class groups are created as announcement-only mailing lists which means only the instructor can send email to the group.  If you wish to allow open discussion among students, here's how. Browse to Google Groups for uni.edu to see a list of the groups you a member of.  If you are logged into your UNI Gmail account, you can click on the "Groups" link at the top. If you know or even suspect your passphrase or account may have been compromised, you should immediately: Notify the IT Service Desk of the security breach. Call 319-273-5555 immediately.
