Administrative Assistant - Office of the CIO

Pat Hart serves as the Administrative Assistant to the Chief Information Officer. In addition to this role, Pat is responsible for employee-related business activities, including personnel action transactions (PAF), timesheets, absence tracking, employee reimbursement processing, travel arrangements, etc. She provides departmental reception services, coordinates departmental-wide events, and assists with special projects. Pat participates in a variety of financial related activities including budget development, processing budget fund transfers and journal entries, and procurement related tasks.
