Service Hub is an online self-service web portal for UNI students, faculty, and staff to notify technical support personnel about issues or problems they are having with their information technology (IT), submit requests for new IT services, or browse solutions to common IT problems. Students, faculty, and staff can also use the self-service portal to view the status of any current or previous requests (incidents). Service Hub also allows IT staff on campus to efficiently route incidents to the appropriate person for more efficient and timely resolution to these requests.
