Service Hub to Migrate to Atlassian Cloud in November

In November of 2025 Information Technology at UNI will migrate its main service management platform, Service Hub, to Atlassian’s cloud product offering. See this page for more information on the entire migration process. 

As a student, faculty, or staff member here at UNI, the migration process itself should be largely transparent to you, however, the cloud version of Service Hub will have a few differences from the version that we run on campus today. Those differences are detailed in our support article, found here.
