On April 13th, 2016, Information Technology Services will go live with Service Hub, a new self-service online portal for students, faculty, and staff to submit requests for help (called incidents), search through an online knowledge base to help answer their own questions, or review current and past requests for help. The new system will allow technical support staff both in ITS and in distributed areas to more efficiently route incidents between departments or divisions, thus reducing the overall time to completion, improving the end user experience, and providing a measure of transparency into IT operations that hasn't previously existed.
To access Service Hub, simply point your browser to servicehub.uni.edu or look for the link in MyUNIverse under the Computer Resources portlet.
