Speed dial buttons can be programmed by calling voice services or they can be modified by following this procedure.
- Lift receiver off hook/press speaker button.
- Dial *10; receive second dial tone.
- Highlight/press the speed dial button you'd like to program (marked SD).
- Program the extension number and press #.
- Receive 3-beep confirmation tone/dial tone (Press another speed dial button to program or hang up if finished).
