How to Deactivate a Vacation Greeting
To deactivate your vacation greeting or change your location from off campus you dial (319) 273-7600. You will enter your mailbox number and password when prompted. From on campus dial 3-7600. If at your extension, enter your password when prompted. At another extension when prompted to enter your password press the "*" and enter your mailbox number followed by your password when prompted.
Select option 3 to record greetings.
Select option 3 to Change current location.
Press 1 for In Office location.
If your have never recorded an In Office greeting the system will play your Personal Greeting at this point. If you are a location greeting user, the system will play your In Office greeting at this time.
