How to find your Mailbox Number in UNI Voicemail
This will be your extension number 3xxxx. If you have your number masked you have a different mailbox number. To find this number:
First you must be on a computer that has web access. Go to the following URL https://voicemail.uni.edu the following should come up.
Left click on the Web Access panel and you will be prompted to login with your google account information
When you enter your information it should be in the format first.last@uni.edu then your CatID passphrase (If prompted). When you click next it should route you to the central authentication server (CAS).
You need to put in your CatID information and click login.
At the top of the page to the right you will see your name and mailbox number. You can also call the Service Desk and they can look it up for you as well. Their number is (319) 273-5555.
