Resolved - Service Degradation - Microsoft 365

4:00 PM - Services are now mostly recovered. We may still see some slowness. Microsoft expects full restoration of services by 6:20PM tonight.

2:00 PM - Services are slowly returning to normal. Authentication is possible now using Microsoft 365 services, but the experience is still much slower than normal.  

12:45 PM - Information Technology is aware that Microsoft is experiencing issues with Office 365 services. Some UNI resources are affected. IT is continuing to monitor the situation and we'll share more information as it becomes available.

Services currently affected include authentication for:

• Atlassian Confluence
• Copilot or Office.com websites
• Authentication to Office applications like Word, Excel, or PowerPoint
