Resolved - Multiple Outages for Cloud Services

Update 4:00PM 10/20/2025 - Amazon Web Services has restored most of their service to cloud vendors that UNI utilizes. We're seeing functionality restored to all systems initially experiencing issues.

Several cloud services used by UNI are currently being impacted by the Amazon Web Services outage. These services include:

• Atlassian Confluence
• Qualtrics
• Blackboard eLearning
• Panopto
• Zoom
• Adobe Services

Services might be partially affected with only certain features being unavailable or might be completely unreachable during the extended AWS outage. Additional services are likely impacted and we'll update as we determine which ones.
