Planned Maintenance - Urgent Database Server Reboots

Automated OS-level package updates were applied to our hosts earlier this morning. Some of these updates have impacted the Oracle Database encryption wallet, resulting in errors when accessing encrypted data.

To mitigate this issue, we are scheduling a reboot of the server hosting the affected databases.

Scheduled Reboot Time:
6:00 AM CST on Wednesday, 11/12/2025

If the issue escalates before the scheduled time, we will notify you immediately regarding an emergency reboot.

Impacted Databases:

• WEBPRD
• IDMPRD
• WKDPRD
• EADPRD

Impacted Applications:

• Custom Java applications (WebLogic and Tomcat)
• External Java integrations
• Applications using the Workday data warehouse
• Authentication services via Shibboleth
• Other dependent systems
