Planned Maintenance - Service Hub Upgrade

Information Technology is upgrading Service Hub, it's help desk ticketing platform, to Atlassian's cloud platform beginning Friday, Oct 31, 2025 at 5:00 pm. Service Hub will become read-only while the migration occurs. It will be available again before Monday, Nov 3, 2025 at 7:00 am. Requests for IT help during this time can be directed to the Service Desk by emailing servicedesk@uni.edu or calling 319-273-5555.

After the upgrade, the Service Hub portal will have all of the same functions as before, like searching for help or completing requests, but with an updated look while being more mobile-friendly.
